In our family, food has always been more than just nourishment — it’s a love language, passed down through generations. Recipes live in our hearts, meals are the moments that bring us together, and the act of baking is both a craft and a gesture of care. As two sisters from a large, close-knit family, we discovered our passion for the kitchen early, drawn to the simple, quiet joy of creating something beautiful to share.

At Emerald Fern Bakery, we cherish those roots in every loaf, scone, and pastry we bake. Each creation is a reflection of our belief that food should do more than nourish; it should comfort, delight, and bring people together in moments of warmth and connection.

There is nothing more fulfilling to us than seeing someone’s face light up as they take their first bite of something freshly baked. We bake to share a piece of ourselves, to offer beauty in the everyday, and to create something meaningful — made with intention, heart, and the love of tradition.
